Short Bio

Phil has been Hill-n-Dale’s senior minister since 2007, called here after associate ministries in Georgia and Ohio.  He and his wife Lisa are the parents of Ashley, Benjamin, Casey and Danielle.  Phil loves to proclaim God’s Word and to minister to people and families of all generations and backgrounds.
